Chinese delegation targets $720m investment in Katsina

A team of 25 Chinese investors, led by state-owned China Overseas Engineering Group (COVEC), has toured project sites in Katsina State with plans to inject up to $720 million into agriculture and renewable energy. A 14-year-old boy has been left in critical condition after a snake bite at one of the Internally Displaced Persons’ (IDP) camps in Agagbe, Gwer West Local Government Area of Benue State.
