Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has approved N3.3 billion for the payment of accrued pension rights (bond certificates) to workers who retired under the Contributory Pension Scheme across the state. This announcement was made in a statement on Thursday by the State Head of Service, Ayanleye Aina. The Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the FCT Police Command has apprehended four notorious kidnappers involved in multiple abductions across Jabi, Dutse village, Lugbe, and other locations within the region. Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has re-appointed Akogun Adetunji Adeleye as the Commander of the State Security Network Agency codenamed (Amotekun). Mr Adeleye was appointed by the late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu who also served as Mr Akeredolu’s Special Adviser on Security Matters.
