Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf has approved a new minimum wage of N71,000 for state employees, which will be implemented starting in November. House of Representatives member Alex Ikwechegh, caught on camera assaulting Bolt driver Stephen Abuwatseya, has issued an apology.
