The Akwa Ibom State Police Command has arrested three suspected criminals for murdering two persons alleged to be members of a cult group from Eyo-Abasi in the Mbo Local Government Area. All activities of student unions in Ivory Coast’s universities have been banned following the killing of two students identified as Khalifa Diomandé and Zigui Mars Aubin Déagoué. The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the death of CSP Bolaji Olugbenga, a Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of the Ijanikin Police Station. Benjamin Hundeyin, the command Spokesman, confirmed this to NAN on Friday night. Hundeyin, however, did not give details of the officer and what led to his death.
