The Rivers State Police Command has arrested three of its officers for alleged extortion of money from motorists at the very busy Rumuokoro flyover in the capital city Port Harcourt. Confirming the arrests in a statement on Wednesday, the Command’s spokesperson, Grace Iringe-Koko, said the Command was tipped off after a social media report showed the nefarious activity. A skydiver has died after accidentally walking into a plane propeller. Amanda Gallagher, 37, was taking pictures of other skydivers at Wichita Cook Airfield in Kansas on Saturday when she backed into the active propeller, according to US media reports.
