The affected shops, Golden Juliros Nigeria Ltd. on Evbiemwen Street, Off Wire Road, and Onebamchi Chemicals at Ramat Park market, were shut down on Thursday by NAFDAC’s Investigation and Enforcement Unit from Asaba, in collaboration with the agency’s Edo office staff. Two United States-based Nigerians, Oluwole Adegboruwa and Enrique Isong, have been sentenced to 40 years combined jail term for coordinating the sales and distribution of a banned drug through the dark web across several states in the US.
