The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Sunday, declared Lucky Aiyedatiwa, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), winner of the governorship election held on Saturday. 28 suspected oil thieves were on Sunday arrested by the 6 Division, Nigerian Army in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital on Sunday.
