The Benue State Police Command has arrested Dr. Ichor Tersagh, a lecturer at Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University of Agriculture, Makurdi (JOSTUM), over allegations of masterminding the abduction of Mrs. Susan Anyagh, wife of his colleague, Mr. Paul Anyagh.
