The court, in a judgment on Monday ordered the immediate resumption of office of the council officials who are all members of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Justice Binta Murtala Nyako of the Federal High Court has adjourned the Treason and Terrorism trial of proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu, indefinitely.
