The Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) has auctioned about 20,000 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, at N630 per litre in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. The Service seized the product from smugglers, and sold them to the public at Afoo Filling Station, Masfala area of the ancient city on Saturday.
