“In further consultation with the leadership and national stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Central Coordination Committee for the National Convention has been reconstituted,” the statement read.

Governor Uzodimma, who was earlier` appointed chairman of the committee, has now been reassigned to serve as treasurer following the fresh reconstitution approved by the party leadership.
The APC also expanded the membership of the committee from 73 to 90, with the inclusion of additional party chieftains, including Senator Barry Mpigi and other senior figures within the party.
Under the revised structure, former Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim, was appointed Vice Chairman I, while Kwara State Governor and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, will serve as Vice Chairman II.
The reconstitution is part of preparations for the party’s forthcoming national convention, which is expected to play a key role in shaping the APC’s leadership structure ahead of future political activities.
