“Some people are just not made for marriage. Not everyone should be married,” she said.
“Some people are not willing to put in the work, and some don’t just want it. So, it is not by force. My stance is that anything worth doing is worth doing well. So, if you’re going to do something, put your heart into it; if you’re not going to do it, then don’t do it.”
Rosman explained that her personal desire for marriage is inspired by the healthy relationship between her parents, which she described as a “beautiful example” of what true partnership looks like.
“I only want to get married because of the beautiful example my parents set for me and my siblings,” she added.
The actress’s remarks have sparked conversations online about the pressures surrounding marriage in society and the need for emotional readiness before taking such a major life step.
Sunshine Rosman, known for her roles in popular Nollywood films, continues to advocate for self-awareness, personal growth, and realistic expectations in relationships, urging people to embrace happiness, whether single or married.
